Payments can be made quarterly, every six months or annually.

There are no additional fees for your visits to the office.

You can use HSA or FSA plans for payment but we do not accept medical insurance.

 

You are responsible for the cost of membership without regard to insurance coverage. We do not contract with insurance companies. We do not accept insurance and you will not be able to file an insurance claim for your visits.

You can use your health insurance for services outside our office like seeing your other health care providers, labs, medications and imaging. ​​

Fort Worth Direct Care has Opted-Out of the Medicare system. Therefore, services with Fort Worth Direct Care are not eligible to be covered by Medicare. You will not be able to file an insurance claim for your membership cost. All Medicare recipients are required to sign a contract with our office that acknowledges Dr. McFadden has Opted-Out.
